Shipping and Return Policy
International Shipping: We will ship anywhere. International packages are sent via U.S. Postal Service at the Priority International rate.
U.S. Shipping: U.S. shipping charges are estimated based on U.S. Postal Service flat-rate boxes (if the order will fit that type of box) or UPS shipping, otherwise.
Returns: If you are dissatisfied with the fit or something else about your order, please contact us within two days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization code, shipping information. Only items returned to us within 20 days of that initial contact and received in new, unworn condition are eligible for exchange, credit or refund. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but due to "wear and return" problems, our suppliers have adopted this policy, and this is the time frame we are required to observe to be able to return products for credit. Please return the item in its original packing, if possible. As soon as we receive the package, we will refund your payment, less the cost of shipping it to you originally. We will pay for return shipping only if the item you received is defective.
Delivery Times: Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours after we receive them. We make every effort to keep items in stock, but particularly during peak faire season, popular items will sell out, so order early to avoid disappointment.
Payment: We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal, money orders and cashier checks. We will gladly accept personal checks (U.S. only), but be aware that we cannot ship items until after the check has cleared, so it may delay the receipt of your order by a few days.
Security: You can shop with confidence on our site, knowing that your confidential payment information will be safeguarded. We do not collect or retain any credit card information on our site. When you click an "add to cart" button on our site, you will be redirected to PayPal's encrypted, ultra-secure payment page to enter your payment information. A PayPal account is not required. The only information we receive from PayPal is the amount of your payment, items you order and shipping address.
