EXPRESS SHIPPING UPDATE: We regret that we have found it necessary to eliminate overnight express from our express shipping options. Shippers are charging more and taking longer to deliver things, and will no longer guarantee the packages will arrive the next day, so there is no point charging you for very expensive overnight express if it is not going to arrive the next day! Please note there is NO express option available for anything that has a product number beginning with C-.
